"I recently encountered a serious issue involving our home insurance. Connie Clements, a customer service representative in this office, was an absolute lifesaver in resolving it. She responded quickly to my message, uncovered the root of the problem, walked me through addressing it, advocated on my behalf and then followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Throughout it all Connie was tremendously adept as well as thoughtful and kind. She knew I was extremely stressed out and she reassured me as she was resolving the situation. "I was looking for one company to provide both auto and homeowners insurance, and Haley Smith was recommended to me by a church member. I found that referral incredibly valuable, as Haley was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the beginning, she was responsive, answered all of my questions and emails thoroughly, and helped walk me through my current coverage, identify areas where coverage may have been lacking, and determine what best fit my situation.
We even discussed life insurance options, but I ultimately decided to forgo that coverage for now. What I appreciated most was that, unlike some companies I’ve worked with in the past, I never felt pressured to accept every service offered. Haley and the team were kind, understanding, and respectful of my decision to move forward with only auto and homeowners insurance. Overall, it was a very positive experience."
