ABOUT OUR AGENCYI bring 20 years of experience with State Farm, including 11 years in agency leadership where I hired, trained, and consulted new agents to help them succeed. I launched my current agency in November 2018 to refocus on helping customers protect what matters most and plan for their financial goals with State Farm’s suite of products. Prior to joining State Farm, I spent 8 years in consulting and management within the automotive industry.
Our team of 7 is split between 4 customer service specialists and 3 sales professionals, all dedicated to delivering exceptional service and growing the State Farm family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Oleksiw - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
